Missy and Jackie were absolutely a gem to work with. As a woman, fitting tactical gear poses a good challenge. Missy ended up finding me the perfect tactical pants & a great shirt to match them with. Wow! I was fairly apprehensive when my 13 year-old expressed an interest in learning to handle a real weapon as opposed to a video game. In my effort to find a good introduction, the excellent reviews led me here and they couldn't have been more correct. Mike and his team are incredibly organized, positive, methodical, and encouraging while maintaining a safe environment and being completely down to earth.

We learned to clear a room in the Shoothouse - and while the 13 and 16 year-old were faster (and scored better) - my spouse and I didn't do half bad! The whole experience was both accessible and fascinating - so much so that we may choose Phoenix as a vacation destination again so that we can come back and learn more.

Here in Phoenix from out of state with the family so my son can attend a basketball camp. Looking for something interesting to do, I thought I would try Tactical Adventures. I go to the website and see the hours conflict with my son's camp. I decide to call just to see if it was possible to make arrangements for a later tour. I spoke to the owner Mike who was more than accommodating and we scheduled a time that allowed us to experience this once in a lifetime adventure. My wife, teenage son and I had an absolute blast! Mike ensures safety and fun and was very patient in his explanation of the process. I HIGHLY recommend this experience. My wife was even asking if we can go again before we return to Kauai.

This was an incredible experience that was truly eye-opening and informational. Everything is well organized and the instructor, and owner Mike is superbly knowledgeable. I'm just a regular civilian and I walked away more confident and self-aware! I would highly recommend this experience to everyone and anyone that is looking to get a better perspective on tactical, home defense, and situational awareness. You will get all the tools you need and if you are law enforcement or involved in any military type of program, this will probably level you up even more! Rob is pure class. I have trained with a few other instructors, but when I took my first class 6 years ago I knew I had made a great decision. All aspects of the weapon systems were covered, and an intimate knowledge of everything we touched was available via Rob. Great place, and Mike is a great guy. He has a great crew of people. Genuinely cares about creating a great experience for people of all skill sets. I started January of 2023 and have endeavored to show up nearly every weekend. For women, I highly encourage they try this. Not only to help with confidence, but to build your tactical skills.

Trained long range rifles with rob and ER tactical and learned so much in a short time. I now have a full knowledge of my firearm and scope. I’m safer, more accurate and confident with a healthy respect for firearms than I’ve ever been before. Definitely worth the time and money.

Our Daycare staff had our CPR/AED/First Aid class with American Emergency response yesterday. I just have to say that Ms. Tatjana was an amazing instructor! She was punctual, set up quickly, had a wonderful attitude, energy, and great knowledge of the course work. It is wonderful to see individuals who put a lot of effort into what they do! I highly recommend you request Ms. Tatjana as your instructor with American Emergency Response!

This whole experience was incredible. Right off the bat you know that Mike knows what he is talking about. My group was not experienced military or police but Mike spoke at our level and trained us up! Incredibly fun, super engaging and WELL worth it! I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Rob and his team are highly knowledgeable in each area and the introduction class I took taught me everything I needed to know about safety, aiming, and basic skills. They focus on each and every person to help them at the level they are and I learned so much about gun safety! I wouldn't put my life in anyone else's hands except ER Tactical! Their system is honed to perfection, yet they are fully engaged and make you feel like a VIP every step of the way. We liked it so much, we are going back for more this same week. What an experience!!! Mr. Mike was so helpful, very informative, patient, and funny. The course was truly one of a kind. I brought my bf down to AZ and this was a surprise excursion for him. My brother, dad and I did the Black Ops experience over the Christmas break and had a fantastic time! Mike was extremely prepared and detailed throughout our time together, made sure that safety was emphasized and thoughtfully answered our many questions. Though we all have a basic background with firearms, and that is beneficial, the experience could be done by anyone comfortable operating a long gun.

The experience is broken down into two components, a training session in which room-clearing procedures are presented and practiced, and then a live session which puts the training into practice. The latter component is scored and done several times with the goal of improving in different scenarios. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in search of a fun, informative and interesting activity!

The place was amazing had a great time the instructor was very patient with individual students with no experience some had never held a weapon before but by the end you could see they were much more confident. Highly recommended

I took my nephew for his 18th birthday to the Shoot House. Great experience, staff were amazing and the whole time was run efficiently and expertly. Worth every penny from start to finish. We got more hands on experience in the shoot house than I thought we would, with plenty of reps to improve each round. Not often that an experience is better than expected!

I took my first firearms training course at ERT many years ago and have taken many more since. The lead instructor (Rob) is very knowledgable and is able to provide the information in a format that is easy to understand, regardless of your experience level. You can be confident that you will be getting quality training in a comfortable, safety oriented environment.

Wow, my family was blown away by the experience! We were not sure what to expect but have had some training in the past with both firearms and active shooter situations. Mike was our guide for our shoot house adventure and he is also the owner. His knowledge and expertise really shines as he allows you to learn at your pace while delivering his years of experience to you in a digestible manner so you do not feel overwhelmed. My son and partner went this past weekend and they both loved it. My partner was an infantry in the Marines, and was also very happy and satisfied with the instructor. The fact that they take time to give you feedback And continue to work with you. You definitely come out more knowledgeable and feeling better about yourself. My son would be army infantry, so this is great knowledge for him to know not going in with zero experience. I enrolled him in the lifetime membership. I believe that was the best decision. I could’ve done getting such great training there. Thank you so much to the owner. Such a great guy takes the time to talk to you and takes really great care of you.

I’ve taken a few firearm safety classes, but this was by far the best one I have taken. I walked away with knowledge and confidence after taking this class. Rob is amazing and knows exactly how to break everything down in a way that is easy to understand. He will answer any question you have in regards to firearms and does not hesitate to show you how to do something until you fully understand it. I am so excited to sign up for another course with him! An outstanding man and company! ☺️👍🏼

Rob, the founder and lead trainer of ERT is probably the most knowledgeable and professional trainer I have ever met or worked with. This man really wants you to have all the knowledge and tools to protect yourself and the ones you love. He not only opens the floor to discussion on every topic he teaches but he will demonstrate and explain why the techniques he teaches work well and why he prefers them over other styles and techniques.
I left the Pistol 1&2 course I took with him feeling confident in my own skills but hungry to learn more. If I could give more stars, I would!

The team at ER Tactical surpassed my expectations from the moment they answered my call. Most every experience I have had up to this point in the firearms industry had been negative and had revolved around dudes with guns making you feel dumb for being a rookie. That was not the case here. I went from 0-100 after meeting this team and have taken more than 25 hours of individual training. I've learned proper and every day applicable defense techniques, how to properly use an optic to shoot long range and with their help, I was able to learn how to build my first AR15. I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge these guys have. Thank you ER tactical!

Quite Possibly the Best Firearms Instructor on The West Coast. His methods and curriculum are very well thought out. He’s not concerned with this trend or that….his main concern is economy of motion. Not just pistol or carbine, or shotgun, he teaches all mediums. Good instruction is worth every Penny. Would recommend him for you child and your grandmother!

We had an amazing time with Mike! We were doing some team building for our company, and it was amazing to see the parallels for real life and business relating to a simulated combat situation. Mike is a wonderful teacher and was very patient with the process of the different levels of experience with our team. Once again, it was a pleasure to go through the training, and we will be doing it again! If you haven't done it, you're missing out!

Hands down the best training I've ever received. I've attended classes with other well known instructors which I thought were good (at first). However, Rob's classes are next level. I've taken multiple ER Tactical classes and look forward to taking many more. Rob also has an impressive beard.
