He is a very patient and great instructor. Have taken many classes with him as well as my wife. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor.

Ordered a complete setup from AR500 Valkyrie Berry Compliant Carrier with lightweight plates, tear away IFAK, TQ pouch and a Kangaroo Magazine pouch. Love the quality of all of it. It did take every bit of their lead time estimate plus a couple of weeks, but right now I'm not sure anything isn't backordered on materials. Communicated with their CS several times, Alyse Galor would respond to me rapidly and professionally can't ask more than that. The industry could use more people like this.
Bottom line, great company and people, great gear that's worth the wait.

This was an incredible experience that was truly eye-opening and informational. Everything is well organized and the instructor, and owner Mike is superbly knowledgeable. I'm just a regular civilian and I walked away more confident and self-aware! I would highly recommend this experience to everyone and anyone that is looking to get a better perspective on tactical, home defense, and situational awareness. You will get all the tools you need and if you are law enforcement or involved in any military type of program, this will probably level you up even more! Just incredible from start to finish. Starting from the fact that Mike and his team made the Seal Experience possible for me even tho you need at least a group of 4 people all the way to all the way to all the information, training and fun provided in the 4 hour experience. Being able to get an 4 hour insight into tactical training by an absolute expert like Mike was a real blast. I highly recommend AZ Tactical Adventures to everyone. Thank you Mike for the great time I was able to have with you, your co-worker (forgot the name; cool guy with long hair) and the bachelor party that did the training with us.

I love this company's products and what they stand for. Their products are definitely quality, I've been putting them through hard use for years and they hold up great. It's great they make the body armor here in America, love to support local labor on home soil.

A few people have voiced complaints about delays in their product, but I've seen them be up front, honest and friendly about why there is a delay and what they're doing to fix it. Some supply chain issues don't sound like their fault. Customer service has also emailed back quickly, and when there was a delay of a few days was apologetic about that.

Lots of my friends and family love and use their products too. It's an easy company to tell your friends about, as their integrity shows through in their products and communication. They also have some of the coolest and funniest content on their social media!

Rob is a great instructor and has taught several private classes for my family and me. He is extremely safety conscience while making the the learning environment enjoyable. And, above that, he has walked the walk overseas and is the real deal. As someone who has attended training with many different instructors, I have never seen someone handle firearms with the precision Rob possesses. He is a complete professional but also handles himself with humor which makes for an memorable learning experience.

Mike knows his stuff and imparts his knowledge in an easy-to-comprehend manner. My 13- year old boy and I had a fun, memorable experience. I would recommend to anyone.

AZ Tactical Adventures was great experience. The level of detail and realism the instructors invested in each operation was evident. We learned so many tactics and communication skills in high adrenaline situations and had fun. We did this as the capstone to a bachelor party weekend and couldn't stop talking about how great of experience Mike S provided us. Highly recommend to anyone remotely interested in tactics or trying something new. We all want to try the harder level objectives now.

Bought a gift certificate for my husband and son, as a Father’s Day gift. Sent them to the shoot house for a boys weekend. The fact that they couldn’t wait to tell me everything about their experience says everything about their experience. Our son was less than thrilled to be drug to this, but by adventures end, he owned an air rifle and is completely sold on tactical adventures. The professionalism of their instructor made the experience for both of them. My husband was able to enjoy the experience with his Boy, in a way that left without the instructor would have been difficult to achieve. They are both planning for the next time they can go.

Didn’t know what to expect as I heard it was pretty intense however the owner (team leader) made the experience very seamless and entertaining. I took my 23 year old daughter for her birthday and she was blown away! We had a blast and felt safe the entire time!

I have ordered from them now several times in the past 9 months and there customer service has been on point. I have changed a couple of my orders now twice and they responded quickly and were extremely polite and helpful in helping me change up my orders and I love the fact that they aren't ashamed to declare Christ is King!!! Great experience with AR500! The customer service was great! I ordered several items, and one was taking longer than usual to update. Kevin got back to me right away and was professional and extremely patient with me changing my mind about the color of one of the items. I literally sent 3 emails within 5 minutes going back and forth. Once I finally decided, Kevin easily changed my order and pushed it through.
The build quality of the gear is great and looks really good (very important)! I’ve run several carrier designs, and the Testudo 2 is very comfortable in comparison to the others. 10/10 recommend

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and super knowledgeable. Safety was a clear priority but so was fun!
It felt like stepping into a real-life action movie. The gear is legit, the scenarios are realistic, and the instructor (who has military and law enforcement experience) know how to keep you engaged and in the zone.
What really stood out was how immersive and hands-on everything was. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced with tactical training, they tailor the experience to your comfort and skill level. I learned a ton while having an absolute blast.

Had an amazing time!!

I underestimated how well it was going to go, but this is an experience like no other.

The tactics that were taught were beginner friendly and Mike Simpson did an amazing job teaching everything needed to conduct CQB, everything was evenly paced and methodically done, even when you mess up, he knows how to get you back on track and learn from those mistakes.

Overall I would love to go back and enjoy the other experiences available!!

Great customer service, I put the wrong email on my shipping address and they where quick to respond to my ticket and sort everything out. Will be buying again here.

This was everything I hoped it would be, and more! Mike's crew is friendly, knowledgeable, articulate, and expertly trained. Their system is honed to perfection, yet they are fully engaged and make you feel like a VIP every step of the way. We liked it so much, we are going back for more this same week. I took the women's class last weekend and it was so much more than I expected. Rob took the time to go over scenarios and advise how to handle each different situation. I am signing up for one on one training with Rob so that I can feel confident in carrying my weapon. I would give 10 stars if possible!

This whole experience was incredible. Right off the bat you know that Mike knows what he is talking about. My group was not experienced military or police but Mike spoke at our level and trained us up! Incredibly fun, super engaging and WELL worth it! I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Our Daycare staff had our CPR/AED/First Aid class with American Emergency response yesterday. I just have to say that Ms. Tatjana was an amazing instructor! She was punctual, set up quickly, had a wonderful attitude, energy, and great knowledge of the course work. It is wonderful to see individuals who put a lot of effort into what they do! I highly recommend you request Ms. Tatjana as your instructor with American Emergency Response!

My son and partner went this past weekend and they both loved it. My partner was an infantry in the Marines, and was also very happy and satisfied with the instructor. The fact that they take time to give you feedback And continue to work with you. You definitely come out more knowledgeable and feeling better about yourself. My son would be army infantry, so this is great knowledge for him to know not going in with zero experience. I enrolled him in the lifetime membership. I believe that was the best decision. I could’ve done getting such great training there. Thank you so much to the owner. Such a great guy takes the time to talk to you and takes really great care of you.

As someone who has never shot a gun before, this experience was broken down into very understandable and simple steps that had me and my friends having a blast clearing rooms during just our two hour experience. The top gun run at the end seemed daunting when first handed the rifle at the beginning of the course, but at the end we felt more than prepared to take on the challenge. If I lived closer I’d be coming back often to bring all my friends and family to join the fun!

I ordered side plates for my carrier and when I received my package only one plate. It was my mistake in not reading the summary correctly, but since all the information on the website used plural plates, I thought it was 1 set. Well, I called this great company and explained my disappointment to them. They explained the situation and since I was a repeat customer gave me a buy one get one free offer!
Now that is a company I will always deal with due to the value us customers have in their eyes! Great job Armor500!

Great instructors! Had an amazing time! One suggestion would be to have a print out or put all the scores on the screen at the end of the experience.

Me and my dad booked the shoot house and it was a blast! Felt like we were real navy seals for 2 hours. Would be very fun for the whole family to do it but needless to say it was an awesome experience

As someone who never grew up shooting or hunting, I was fearful of using a gun. Rob and his instructors do an amazing job at teaching the basics, emphasizing safety, and making the classes fun. I've taken two classes now and feel much more comfortable holding a gun correctly. The courses are very practical as they discuss real situations that would require self defense. Rob is the best of the best in the industry.

Trained long range rifles with rob and ER tactical and learned so much in a short time. I now have a full knowledge of my firearm and scope. I’m safer, more accurate and confident with a healthy respect for firearms than I’ve ever been before. Definitely worth the time and money.

We were visiting Arizona for a company event and was looking for something to do, and Arizona Tactical Adventures popped up. Mike exceeded our expectations. This excursion was not only fun and enjoyable, but very knowledgeable! We learned so much in a short amount of time, but had fun doing it as well! We will definitely come back and hopefully do a longer time slot! That’s how much we enjoyed it!
